UPS/USPS Calculated for all orders in the continental U.S. International & Canada Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on DHL rates.

Processing and Shipment time may vary between the different options of domestic and international shipping. Please check the shipping options given to your address at the checkout page.

WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED?

Most of our items have set release dates. Please sign up for the Mallard & Friends newsletter on our webpage. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

DO YOU GUYS RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

On occasions we will re-stock some of our items.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

All sales are final. We do not give refunds or make exchanges.

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.
